Why this exists

Moving to Valencia is exciting. The first weeks rarely are.

The hardest part is never the paperwork. It's the housing, the school, the doctor, the bank account, the contract you've just been asked to sign — a dozen small decisions arriving all at once, in a language and a system that isn't yours yet.

Whether you're moving alone, as a couple, or with your family, I guide you through it myself, one person, not a call centre, from the first search for a home to the everyday routines that make Valencia start to feel like yours.

What makes this different

Three facts, nothing else.

Streets of Valencia
01

Valenciana, not an expat guide

Born and raised here. I know the neighbourhoods, the schools and the way things really get done.

Paid only by you

No commissions from landlords, agencies or schools. My advice has nothing to gain but your trust.

A few families a year

Deliberately small — a boutique relocation partner for a small number of international families each year.

I'm from Valencia, and I've landed elsewhere too.

I've been the foreigner myself — in the United States, in Colombia. Suddenly I didn't know which neighbourhood was safe, which school was right, or whether a price was fair. None of that was solved by money. What made the difference was finding the right people — the ones who genuinely looked out for us, not just the paperwork.

Now I'm the local. Born and raised in Valencia, I know its neighbourhoods, its people, its way of doing things — and I get to be for other families what someone once was for me, backed by a network of professionals I've worked with for years and trust.

That's why I take on a small number of families each year, not hundreds — and why I don't accept commissions from the agents, schools or providers I recommend. Every piece of advice is honest, with nothing to gain but your trust.

You have someone here. That's the whole idea.

The service

Everything, handled with care.

A home that fits

Neighbourhood by neighbourhood, viewings I attend with you, contracts read line by line.

The right school

Chosen for your child, not for the ranking. Visits, admissions and the first day.

Health & insurance

A doctor who speaks your language, and cover that actually covers you.

Settling in

Utilities, internet, mobile contracts, local registrations — everything wired up so you can start enjoying Valencia, not fighting it.

Immigration

Visas and residency permits — digital nomad, non-lucrative, family reunification, renewals — handled in line with Spanish immigration law.

Administrative paperwork

Bank account, tax ID, the padrón — the bureaucracy that assumes you already know the system, sorted line by line.

Ways to work together

Full support, or exactly what's still missing.

Full covers everything still open — home, school, paperwork, the move itself. Essential picks up wherever you've already made progress. The difference is how much ground we cover, never how much care you get.

City of Arts and Sciences, Valencia

Full Package

Nothing settled yet: home and school search, temporary housing, NIE, bank, insurance, doctor, the move — and I meet you at the airport.

Essential Package

A school or a place to stay already sorted. We build around what's decided — the rest of the paperwork, registrations, and introductions that get you actually living here, not just arrived.

The process

Four phases, and you always know which one you're in.

Pre-Landing

We map the city, shortlist homes and schools, and get the paperwork moving before you fly.

Landing

Viewings, signatures, NIE, bank — with someone who has done it many times before.

Settling In

School routines, healthcare, a neighborhood that feels familiar — I check in until you don't need me to.

Handover

Ongoing support stays available once you're settled, so someone who knows your story is still reachable.

Where I stop

Being clear about the limits is part of the service.

Third parties bill you directly

Gestoría, lawyer, translator, movers, insurance. I coordinate them — I don't invoice them, and I take no commission from anyone.

The decisions stay yours

I shortlist, I explain, I sit beside you at the table. I will never sign or commit anything in your name.

When you need a specialist

Tax structures, legal disputes, complex paperwork. When something is outside my expertise, I say so — and connect you with the right specialist who knows it better than I do.

Get in touch

Wherever you are in the story, let's talk.

Every situation is different — a family landing next month, someone already settled who needs a hand, or you simply asking on behalf of a friend. Whatever brings you here, I'd love to hear from you.
